The Regular Team is for anyone who loves to play. We train and play every week in Meerstad – competitive, but with the purpose to have a great time playing 3x3basketball. Come run with us.
HOW WE PLAY
We don’t just drill — we play
Our weekly sessions are built around real basketball. We work on skills and drills, but we play a lot too — that’s the point. It’s for players who want to stay sharp, be tournament ready and competitive, but also have a good time playing 3×3.
WHO IT’S FOR
Players with some prior experience or the ones really eager to learn
The Regular Team is for people aged 17 to 35 who love recreational basketball — whether you played in a club, at school, or just enjoy a good run. Not sure if its for you? Come try a free trial class before you decide to join Team Groningen.
OUR CLUB
Play more, go further
We believe playing is what makes you better, so we don’t keep it to the gym. We organize our own 3×3 tournaments here in Groningen, and we actively encourage and help our members compete in tournaments across the Netherlands and Germany. If you want to play more, we’ll help you get there.
More than anything, we’re a community in the North — a group of people who show up each week, push each other, and enjoy the game together.
And from time to time we order our own 3×3 Groningen jerseys, so if you’d like to rep the club, you can order one through us – right away or later on.
